West Seattle Realty is excited to invite the community to our office for a conversation about home buying in today’s market. There are so many questions: How’s the market? When’s the right time to buy? Is it a Buyer’s or Seller’s market? I’ve heard Buyer’s Agency has changed. What does that mean for me? Do I need a buyer’s broker (agent)? And these are just scratching the surface. There are many, many questions and the answers are nuanced and typically specific to individuals. 

At West Seattle Realty, we want to help. We want to give you valuable information to figure out what’s best for you and your situation. And we work for you on your terms. No one is going to going to even know your name if you don’t share it. There is no obligation and no follow up unless you specifically ask for their help. Our experienced team will be there to support you, but you won’t hear from us unless you initiate a conversation.

And if you’re thinking about buying but you also need to sell, you’re welcome too! There are so many things to think about and consider. 

Our goal is share information, that’s it. We are your neighbors, your kid’s friend’s parents, we’re volunteer coaches and community advocates, and we want to serve you!
